We provide space and styling for small events including:

Rental Rates:  


  • $150 / hour Sun-Thu (2 hour minimum)

  • $225 / hour Fri-Sat (2 hour minimum)

  • $50 clean-up fee for events that end after 10 p.m.

  • Time is measured from the arrival of your first guest or vendor to the departure of the last guest or vendor.

  • Price may  include security deposit. 

Decor & Add-On Pricing:

  • Table decor: $10/per table 

  • Table decor and place settings (cup, plate, napkin, utensils, charger, placemat): $5/per guest

  • Backdrop (frame with curtains or greenery): $30

  • Egg chair: $30

  • Antique love seat: $40

We work closely with our guests to create an atmosphere that matches their unique needs and vision for each event. For an additional cost, we will style your event with one of our current decor themes. We can also customize decor to fit your specific vision.
